Students Smile For Picture Day

Picture day is dreaded by some students, while others can’t wait to get in front of the camera, and to some, it marks a big step in their life.

According to Mr. Faughnan, students grades 9-11 at Millennium Brooklyn High School (MBHS) prepared their best smiles on Nov 5 2015 . David Brown, an 11th grader attending MBHS stated “I don’t mind picture day, I know a lot of my friends don’t like it, but this is the one before I become a senior.”

Picture day gives underclassmen a chance to come to school in their best outfits and show off their style. While seniors don’t share the same picture day, some look forward for senior pictures on December 11, 2015, Ms.Morales stated.

Tiffany Guo, a senior at MBHS said, “I’m glad I didn’t have to take my picture Thursday! I can wait for senior portraits, which to me, is a big step in my life. I’m thankful I don’t have to wait in line with all the other grades, it makes me feel special.” Some seniors are very excited for their big day to arrive, these will be the last pictures they will ever take in school, so it’s easy to understand their excitement!
