Senior Trip Approaching the Deadline

According to the school administration, only 15 students have so far paid for the senior trip. Senior trip is the annual trip to Honor’s Haven on May 19-21 where seniors go with their friends and hang out one last time before they head off to college.

The past two years, Millennium has had a senior trip. Attendance for the trips remained steady with about “80-90 students” going on each of the trips according to Ms. Baumgarten, assistant principal.

Many students have expressed interest in going on the senior trip. “I think it would be a fun time to go with my advisory and all my other friends” said Tamir Judeh, a senior. However he has not “paid even a dollar of senior dues.” This shows a phenomena of many students who are planning to go but have not paid as of yet.

Students who wish to go on the trip but have not paid yet have little time left because the deadline for senior dues, January 30, is fast approaching. If not enough students pay, the $330 online at https://www.nycharities.org/give/donate.aspx?cc=4202 or by check, the trip will be cancelled.
