Glow Dance Delayed

Millennium Brooklyn High School’s Glow Dance has been rescheduled for Friday, April 24th. The dance will be held in the second floor gym and will go on from 6:30 – 9:00 pm. The tickets will cost $7 at the door, but if you pre-order the tickets the price is $5. Students who pre-order tickets will be given a complimentary glow stick upon arrival. Each MBHS student is able to bring one person who does not attend the school, and they must be 18 or younger.

Student Body President Jacalyn Goldzweig-Panitz stated she was “happy that the party has been delayed” since it “gives the school more time to prepare.” She is still very much looking forward to the neon party and is optimistic about it being a good time. Additionally, Goldzweig-Panitz plans to find a student DJ for the dance, and will use the extra time to hold auditions.

In contrast, Henry Popovic is “extremely disappointed” in the change of schedule, as he was planning to DJ. He is unable to be present on the new April date since there is a Madeon concert that same day.
