Everything ‘Clubs’ @ MBHS

Tatiana Lugo, Staff Reporter

Here at Millennium Brooklyn High School, we have tons of after school activities and clubs that any student can join. Over the years, our clubs have grown, and have become more and more creative, and we are still continuing to develop new ones. Clubs are just one of the things you can do to easily build your resumes and add fun to your hectic lives.

We have new clubs such as the Knitting Club, Boot Camp, Jewish Culture Club, and the Black Student Union Club.

“I love it, it’s so relaxing, and they teach you how to make things,” seniors like Taylor Morton, Sarah Carillo, and Zora Moynihan said about the Knitting Club.

Try a club for a day and see how you like it. Don’t forget, the Running Club, Dance Club, Drama Club, Basketball Club, and the Writing Club are still here, even the Drum Corp Club. There are so many options. Mr. Franklyn, who is part of the Drum Corp Club simply said, “it’s a good thing [for the school].”

Every club is scheduled on a different day of the week, at a specific time. Be mindful of your own schedule, and check your emails consistently for any club/activity updates.
